They use various classification systems to code and categorize patient information for insurance reimbursement purposes, for databases and registries, and to maintain patients' medical and treatment histories.

Education: Post secondary certificate or Associate's Degree (Not needed but helpful)

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not? I honestly find this career to be very interesting but it is not the one one I am pursuing after. It will however be one career to keep in mind though.
