Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate an elderly resident's needs, these administrators must possess a working knowledge of the physical and psychological effects of the aging process. This knowledge allows nursing home administrators to implement the necessary nursing care, drug administration or rehabilitation to successfully treat a resident or improve their standard of living. 

Salary: $90,000

Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, and health services administration.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not? I honestly believe I would like to be one because I like to help others out, it makes me feel good in general as a person. I know helping the elderly can be challenging at times because you need to know exactly each one's needs, but nonetheless, I feel that I would be delighted to help those in need of assistance. In the future who knows someone might assist me with my daily life once I'm older.
