Duties and Responsibilities: Allergists, also known as immunologists, are doctors specialized in the area of immunology, which means their main purpose is to identify and treat allergic reactions and immunological disorders.
Salary: The employment outlook for Allergists is very good. According to statistics, the average salary of an Allergist usually reaches 330.000 dollars a year. However, the salary is based on the level of experience and location. For entry-level positions, the salary is significantly reduced.

After all these medical studies, the next step is to obtain a certificate or license to practice in this area from the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Some employers require the applicants for an Allergist position to have 13 years of medical training. Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not? I Honestly would like to be one; it seems like a very interesting career. It doesn't seem easy, but like many jobs/careers, in the end, it ends up being worth the time and effort.
